Rules of Behavior of Maska

THESE RULES OF CONDUCT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE PP) ARE AN ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF USE. IN CASE OF CONTRADICTIONS BETWEEN THESE TWO DOCUMENTS, THE TERMS OF USE SHALL PREVAIL.

1. Changing 3D client files

Prohibited:

1) Change the configuration of the 3D client files and/or the social network profile using any unauthorized methods. Unauthorized methods are understood to mean all methods except those that are openly provided by us.

2) Modify files to gain access to private or Premium regions.

3) Modify files for undressing the Premium or Base User avatar, including the upper and lower body of the avatar

4) Modify files to remove any restrictions provided

5) Modify files to impersonate an employee or a Game Master of the Maska Service

1st violation: a verbal warning will be given to the violator or a warning will be sent by e-mail. Depending on the severity of the violation, the first violation can be counted as the second

2nd violation: the violator can be forcibly disconnected from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) for 24 hours, and also, the violator’s account can be deleted at our discretion*

If you accidentally damaged the client files, we strongly recommend reinstalling the client before the next launch.

2. Age restrictions

If you are under the age of 16 OR any other age of majority corresponding to your country, then you are not entitled to use any part of the Services provided by Maska, including, but not limited to: websites, servers, 3D client, social network profile, etc. If we become aware of access to the Services of minors, we have the right to block or delete the violator’s account at our discretion*, as well as inform the appropriate authorities.

If an adult user has granted a minor access to his account, then we will act based on the same principles.

3. Measurement language

Various language dimensions are provided in the virtual space of the 3D client. Thus, if any language is set as the main one for this dimension, then all users are required to use it only for communicating in a general chat.

YOU CAN USE ANY LANGUAGE TO SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES.

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning

2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) for 24 hours*

3rd violation: ban for 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

4. Using system errors to gain unauthorized access

Any user found in the Premium region or who gained access to Premium content through any errors/failures in the system will be considered a violator

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning

2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) for 24 hours*

3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

We welcome the help of users in fixing errors. If you find a system error, first go to a place that will not arouse suspicion, and then report the error to one of the moderators and then act according to the moderator’s instructions.

5. Aggressive behavior

Aggressive behavior means any intentional unwanted aggressive actions and words that offend other users, including, but not limited to: 3D client’s chat messages, social network profile comments, private messages, statuses, on-air censorship.

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning, as well as forcibly sending the violator to the initial region

2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with access closure (ban) determined by the moderator depending on the severity of the violation*

3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

6. Flood/spam

Flood and spam in the 3D client’s chats and/or social network profiles, as well as advertising of any goods and services without concluding a corresponding agreement with Maska, are a violation of these Rules.

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning with possible deletion of posted materials

2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with access closure (ban) for 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

7. Providing a password or access to your account to other users

If it is discovered that someone else is using your account, we have the right to regard these actions as theft and take appropriate actions with the involvement of appropriate authorities. In addition to this, we will take the following actions:

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning

2nd violation: verbal warning or email warning, as well as possible disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) for a short period*

3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

8. Fraudulent actions

Attempts to obtain personal/private information of other users, employees and Game Masters of Maska through any fraudulent actions will be considered as a violation of the PP data. Personal/private information includes, but is not limited to the following: registration name (login) and password to log in, credit card details, IP address, location address.

1st violation: verbal warning or email warning, as well as taking additional measures if necessary; depending on the severity of the violation, the first violation can be counted as the second.

2nd violation: disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) and possible deletion of the violator’s account, as well as the application of additional measures to ensure the security of Maska and our users*

9. Following the instructions of Game Masters

You should always behave respectfully towards Game Masters. Their main task is to monitor the implementation of these rules by users and apply appropriate sanctions in case of their violation.

In case of disrespectful attitude towards the Game Master in the form of aggressive or offensive words / actions, as well as in case of disobeying the instructions of the Game Masters, the following awaits you:

1st violation: verbal warning

2nd violation: disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban)*

3rd violation: disconnection from the 3D client, ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

10. Posting inappropriate or prohibited content

If we receive information that you are posting illegal or prohibited content (for example, violating someone’s copyright, related to child pornography, related to incitement of national hatred, etc.), we will take the necessary actions to clarify what happened with a possible appeal to the appropriate authorities.

It is prohibited to post any links to third-party resources in comments on the site, profile, in chats related to the Maska project, personal messages on the site and in the game.

Messages containing unauthorized advertising by the site administration, including those disguised as a picture, screen, or photo, will be completely deleted by moderators.

The moderator has the right to delete photos containing links to external resources, regarded by the moderator as advertising.

1st violation: verbal warning and removal of inappropriate/prohibited content. It is also possible to delete the violator’s account and other additional actions that we deem necessary in this situation

2nd violation: ban with possible deletion of the violator’s account*

We reserve the right to decide which content is inappropriate and remove such content from our servers.

11. Impersonating an employee/Game Master Maska

Impersonating an employee or a Maska Game Master in any part of the social network or 3D client is not allowed.

All employees/Game Masters of Maska have distinctive features in the 3D world: the badge of the employee / Game Master over the avatar and the corresponding color of the avatar name. A user claiming to be an employee/The Maska Game Master, but not having the specified signs, is not such and, as a result, becomes a violator of these rules.

2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban); it is also possible to delete the violator’s account*

12. Decisions and actions of Maska employees

Decisions made by Maska employees and related actions are final and are not subject to discussion or challenge.

In case of any disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards an employee, the latter has the right to apply sanctions at its discretion, including, but not limited to: billing from the region, temporary ban or account blocking.

13. Account name (nickname)

We reserve the last word regarding the account name. If the name of your account, in our opinion, offends other users, Game Masters, employees, or contains profanity of any kind, as well as if the name looks like the name of our employees’ account or otherwise misleads, then, at our request, you are obliged to change your nickname within 24 hours. Your access to the 3D world will be temporarily blocked until you make the appropriate changes.

14. Purchase/sale of Gold

The Maska project administration reserves the exclusive right to sell, buy and exchange virtual currency – Gold. The only legal way to buy Gold is to purchase them through a payment system on the Maska website (link for authorized users: https://maskagame.com /). All other methods of buying, selling or exchanging Gold for real money between users are strictly prohibited and are considered as a serious violation of the PP data. Any advertising (explicit or implicit) of activities for the purchase, sale or exchange of Gold by users is not allowed. This restriction applies not only to the 3D world and the Maska website, but also to any external resources. If we find a violation, we reserve the right to completely block the violator’s access to the Maska project for an indefinite period, withdraw Gold from the violator’s account and apply additional sanctions at our discretion. Sanctions can be applied to all users who violate these provisions (both to the seller and the buyer of Gold).

15. Referral program

The referral program implies receiving a reward for each new player who entered the game, bought Gold, whom you “brought” to our project. The identification of such a client and his connection with the “recommender” is established using a special link that each Maska player has. The link is specified in the player’s personal account. A potential (new) player must register in our project using such a link, and thus the bonus for attracting a new player goes to a special referral account of the “recommender”. Also, every time when buying in the project, a Beginner, placing an order on the site, replenishes the referral account of the “recommender”. In the future, with each order of a new buyer, you will receive a bonus to the referral account. Payments from the referral account are made upon request, no more than 1 time per month. The minimum amount for payment is 1500 rubles. The amount of bonuses to the referral account is 40 rubles for each new player attracted to the project after the first purchase of Gold, 20% from each purchase of this player.

16. It is forbidden to mention and discuss other games in the general chat.

Final provisions

If you find that someone is violating these rules, we strongly recommend that you immediately contact one of the moderators or send an email with a description of what happened to: support@maskagame.com , but not to take any independent action to solve the problem.

If errors (bugs) are found on the site / client that allow you to benefit dishonestly, you must immediately report the error to the technical support service support@maskagame.com .

The use of such errors (bug-sharing) is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious violation of the PP data. We reserve the right to take all necessary measures against both the violator and the participants.

If the moderator applies any sanctions to you in connection with your violation of these rules, then you have the right to politely clarify with the moderator which point of the rules was violated, and what actions will be applied.
